The summer of royal shoes

July 24, 2019

Half of the summer has gone by – holidays are in full force, the sea and its waves have welcomed us back into their arms and the sun is not leaving its place in the sky. We don’t know about you, but our ‘uniform’ for the summer is made up of colorful clothes, sunglasses and wide-brimmed hats. We did miss them and we cannot even remember how we lasted almost an entire year without wearing them.

Born out of our constant longing for summer, we wanted to celebrate its beginning in the most special way possible. And how else to do it if not by launching a new collection? More specifically, the second half of our Royal Longing bags collection – which was first showcased in May last year -, only this time, it’s all shoes. You know, we wanted to give our bags some partners to shine along with.

The exact same Royal Longing embroideries that you know and, we hope, love, just this time, you’ll find them in a myriad of colours on more than 50 different styles of shoes. Excited? Impatient? Curious? Don’t worry, you don’t have to wait one extra second to have a look at them, because starting today, you can find the entire collection on

Each pair of shoes has its own story, where its embroidery, details and colours play essential roles. So let’s discover them and we’re sure that you’ll find the ones that fit you best.

The flat lace-up Amabile sandals that draw inspiration from the roman times, as well as royal elements, will become your summer’s best buddy. Comfortable, easy to wear and chic, you can either choose a bold colour such as this bright orange, or you can go for the classy black, which we all know never goes out of style.

If you want to go for something slightly more elegant (aka with a bit of a heel) that will set your outfit apart, the Superbum slides are your best choice. With their stable, embroidered heel, they can be by your side (or on you feet to be more precise) during the most special events of your life, as well as on any other hot summer day. Wear them with their ‘twin’ bag – either cream or black – to complete the look.

The Superbum shoes are perfect for the office, regardless of whether you prefer neutral colours or explosions of shades that instantly bring any outfit to life. Wear them with jeans and a laid-back shirt for a cool-but-chic look, or pair them up with a flowy dress and you’ll instantly become the epitome of classic, timeless elegance.

Moving on to the collection’s most graceful pairs (but so high that we only recommend them to those more experienced) the multi-strapped sandals are the ones will put you in the mood for dancing all summer long. You can find them in metallic silver or electric blue for when you feel bold, or white, grey or black when you want to go for monochromatic outfits.

Another choice for heel-lovers are the lace-up Amarilis sandals, which are touched by a playful elegance. During the day, the laces mixed with bold colours, such as yellow, blue or red, offer a young, modern look. For an eye-catching transition, we also offer you satin ribbons that will instantly transform them into evening-ready. If we’re being honest, these sandals will probably become the most versatile pair of shoes you’ve every owned.

Although a picture is worth a thousand words, a glance or a touch are worth even ten times more. So we’re inviting you to discover the new collection in our showroom, where you can always visit us – you just have to call beforehand and schedule an appointment. Of course, you can find all of the details online, where you can see pictures of what the shoes look like, and you can choose between the different embroideries and colours.

Meanwhile, don’t forget about our summer sales, where you can find some of our beauties and match them up with the new pairs of shoes. The embroidered slides, perfect for sunny holidays on the beach are among the discounted products in the SALE section and we can guarantee you’ll never want to take them off. Maybe only to wear our new sandals.
