RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your Iutta purchase, you can choose to return it within 14 days of receipt for a full reimbursement.

Please inform us about your intent to return as soon as possible by completing the return form below.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Discounted products cannot be returned. Please keep in mind that when products are personalized according to your instructions, they cannot be returned or exchanged for another product.

Gift cards are non-refundable. All products purchased with a gift card can only be exchanged for other products with a similar price. If there are no products available you may return the product for store credit.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND

  • The maximum return time of a purchase is 14 days of receipt.
  • You must send the package back to our address in maximum 14 days (Thomas Masaryk st., nr. 1, 2nd sector, Bucharest, Romania).
  • We reserve the right to accept or refuse the return only after the products were checked and only if they fulfill the return conditions.
  • All items must be returned in their original package, in the same conditions you received them (without signs of wear or tear, containing all original labels and documents).
  • If the return solicitation is approved, the payment will be reimbursed within 14 days from the moment of approval, via bank transfer in the account number provided in the return form.
  • If you opt to exchange your product with a different one, standard delivery terms apply (10 working days and 3-4 days extra if the product is not in stock). If there are no products available to your liking you may return the product for store credit.
  • The return transportation costs will be invoiced to the client. These will be withdrawn from the amount which needs to be reimbursed into the account number provided in the return form.
