DELIVERY

For international delivery, orders can be placed on www.iutta.com. 

Our products are made individually and with great care, which means that the production time is up to 10 working days, if they are not in stock.

Additionally, extra 5-7 business days may be added for handling and delivery. During holidays and sales, delivery time may be extended.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Orders can be sent by courier, from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 18:00 to the address mentioned in the order. On request, the courier can also make deliveries on Saturdays. Weekends and public holidays are not considered working days. 

Once the product is placed under the responsibility of the courier company, Iutta does not assume any delays that may occur along the way.

COSTS

Delivery fees for international shipping: 

• 19 € for Hungary, Bulgaria, Greece, Poland, Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain, France, Holland, Belgium, Slovakia.
• 39 € for Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Portugal, Sweden.
• 55 € Worldwide (all other countries).

Payment for the fee is made online and it will be included in the invoice issued, under the total payment amount section, according to the order confirmation email.

RECEIVING THE PARCEL

The package is handed over to the recipient based on signature. Upon receipt, it is recommended that the products be checked and rejected if they do not correspond to the original order or are damaged.

RETURNS

If the order must be canceled before delivery, please contact us at contact@iutta.ro to analyze the status of the order. 

If the order has not yet been sent to production, the request can be honored. Otherwise, we reserve the right to withhold the amount and deliver the products. If the order has already been delivered, see the Returns section for more details.

Repeated return requests by the same customer are considered abuse.
